Haccp is short for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points and known as system to manage elements for livestock products.

HACCP is a scientific and systematic sanitation management system. In order to avoid all the hazardous points and produce save and livestock products to customers, HACCP identified all kinds of hazardous points from producing ingredients to production, processing, preserving, distribution and customer's drinking point.

Konkuk Milk is approved by Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the 1st Aug 2001 as a HACCP applied company(HACCP Approved No. : 2001-32) and in order to proceed HACCP constantly in the company, Quality Control team heads HACCP Team by operating regular inspection, and sanitation management.
